Scribing WFA Global Marketer Week 2026
WFA’s annual Global Marketer Week is a highlight of the Scriberia scribing calendar -a chance to capture the biggest ideas, insights and conversations from some of the brightest minds in marketing. This year, in Stockholm, we were there to help attendees make sense of it all.
Each year, the World Federation of Advertisers (WFA) brings together hundreds of senior marketers and industry leaders from across the globe for its flagship event, Global Marketer Week - a jam-packed programme of talks, workshops and discussions.
ChallengeWith sessions spanning AI, sustainability, media effectiveness and organisational transformation, the challenge for the event organisers was bringing it all together - capturing what mattered, connecting ideas across sessions and keeping attendees engaged along the way.

Solution
Our scribes, Alice and Maya, headed to Stockholm to support the event with a mix of digital and live scribing - capturing ideas as they emerged across both days.
Day 1: Digital scribing
With five workshop communities running in parallel, the focus was on making sense of multiple conversations at once. Working across sessions, we created a series of visual assets - pulling together key themes, insights and connections in real time.
Designed to be flexible and easy to share, these visuals were ready to travel straight into social media, reports and presentations.
Day 2: Live scribing
On day two, things moved onto the wall.
A large-scale installation in a central, high-footfall space became a live, evolving summary of the event, something delegates could dip in and out of as the day unfolded.
We also invited delegates to get involved, adding Polaroids and contributions into the artwork. Post-event, the final piece was digitised, creating a coherent visual overview that could carry the conversations beyond the room.
Results
The live scribing wall was a standout feature - drawing people in, sparking conversation and bringing the event’s ideas together in one place.
Paired with a suite of digital assets, it gave WFA a clear, engaging record of the week that continues to add value beyond the event itself.
