SThree, the global STEM-specialist talent partner, brought together leaders from its offices around the world for their annual leadership event - this year held in London.
Split between SThree's new HQ in Bishopsgate and the Science Museum, the three-day conference set out to reinforce the company’s ambitious vision: to be Gamechangers in STEM.
The organisers wanted to leave attendees not only inspired by the future of STEM but also equipped with clear, actionable messages to take back to their teams across the globe.
Solution
Armed with pens and a 6m freestanding wall, our scribing team went along to the iconic museum to capture the energy, ideas and ambition of the event in real time.
As SThree’s leaders discussed topics ranging from strategy execution to technological change, our artists visually mapped these key takeaways on the wall, enabling attendees to see the strategies come to life. This dynamic approach kept attendees captivated, sparked conversations and created a sense of ownership around the shared vision.
Results
The final artwork was projected on screen at the closing dinner, acting as a vivid recap of the event’s key moments and takeaways.
Post event, it was shared with all attendees to circulate the messages to their teams worldwide - cementing SThree’s vision as a rallying point for the future of STEM.
