Every year, Deloitte UK brings together senior finance leaders from some of the country’s largest organisations for its CFO Vision event.
Delegates take part in a curated programme of talks and panel discussions featureing Deloitte leaders and subject-matter specialists, with the aim of to equipping the attending CFOs with the tools needed to navigate and thrive in their role.
As the day takes place in person and virtually, the global consultancy firm was looking for ways to enhance the dual audience’s experience and document the insightful outcomes of the hybrid event.
As a long standing partner of Scriberia, Deloitte approached us to support this year’s gathering, under the theme of ‘Performance, Purpose, Possibility’.
Our scribes attended virtually to capture the main speaker sessions, crafting rich visual summaries of the key thoughts and ideas. Topics focused on the impact of global and political events, environmental factors and changing face of technology on the finance function.
As the artwork took shape, it was shared with the 90-plus delegates, helping add a deeper level of engagement, across both audiences.
Post event, the sessions were combined into a single summary that was shared digitally with delegates, providing a visual record to take away and keep the momentum of the event going.
These now feature on the Deloitte site to promote the initiative and make the outcomes accessible for all to explore.
The use of scribing at CFO Vision helped enhance the hybrid event experience, and the overwhelmingly positive feedback from both speakers and delegates underscored its valuable contribution to fostering engagement, facilitating interactive discussions, and leaving a lasting impact on all attendees.
