At Interlink’s Vision Day, live scribing helped transform the annual event into a dynamic, memorable experience for employees — giving their global teams a shared visual anchor and roadmap for the year ahead.
Interlink specialises in AI-driven lead generation for tech companies across the globe. Vision Day is the company’s annual cornerstone event — a chance for teams from around the world to come together, celebrate successes and set the course for the year ahead.
Challenge
This year, the organisers wanted to go beyond the usual presentations and discussions. They wanted a way to capture the energy of the day and create a lasting visual representation of their shared commitments and ambitions.
Solution
Armed with pens and a 2m × 3m freestanding wall, our scribe Maya joined Interlink at their retreat, ready to capture the key themes, ideas and conversations as they unfolded.
As the team shared insights and set goals under the theme of “Building a legacy”, Maya translated their words into a striking, easy-to-digest visual story — impossible to miss and designed for maximum engagement.
Results
Live scribing gave the event a creative boost, helping key messages stick and keeping the team focused throughout the day. Seeing their discussions take shape visually made complex ideas easier to grasp and ensured that their goals felt clear and tangible.
“We were blown away watching the scribing take shape in real time. It was incredible to see how quickly Maya interpreted the conversation and brought it to life.”
Liza Hicks, Head of Marketing, Interlink
Following the event, we turned the scribing into a polished digital artwork, adding additional “readout” content captured after the retreat. This gave Interlink a visual summary of their Vision Day — something they could share and refer back to long after the event.
A large print of the artwork now adorns the wall of their office kitchen, keeping their shared vision and values front and centre. It was unveiled to the wider company during Interlink’s 7th birthday celebrations.
Liza adds, “After Vision Day, everyone was really energised — but back in the office, there was nothing to remind us of what we’d set out to do. Now, the artwork is up in the space where we gather for lunch and meetings. It’s a constant reminder of our goals, values and rituals for the year ahead.
“It’s taken Vision Day from a one-off event to something lasting and tangible. Seeing it on the wall — not tucked away in a slide deck — makes it feel real. The leadership team was bowled over by how accurately it captured the day. We’d love to install copies in our other offices too.”
